Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application

Following the closing date, applications will be considered by the Executive. 

In making their decision, the Executive will consider expertise and knowledge as identified in the application form, interest and potential contribution to the Group. The Executive will also look to ensure balance across the group with a wide and diverse membership. 
Stage 2

Panel Interview via Teams

At this stage, we will invite suitable applicants to meet with the board for interview.

Please note we are unable to provide individual feedback to applicants, if not selected to progress to interview.
Stage 3

Hired

Once appointed, the SFC team will be in touch to discuss the onboarding process for the working group.
